1.  If within 70 miles radius of Integrity Road Ready Bountiful, UT all diagnostic and repair work will be performed at an approved repair facility designated by the Administrator.

2.  Repair facilities outside 70 mile radius must obtain an authorization number from the Administrator prior to beginning any repair to be a covered part by calling one of the numbers above.  Repairs done without authorization by Administrator will not be covered.

3.  The Administrator reserves the right to obtain a second opinion before any repair or replacement work is done on the vehicle.  The Buyer shall have the right to recommend a repair facility of which the Administrator shall make every reasonable effort to honor.  However, the Administrator reserves the right to select another repair facility.

4.  The Buyer is responsible for authorizing and paying for any tear down and/or diagnostic time needed to determine if the vehicle has a covered mechanical breakdown issue.  The Administrator will pay for the tear down and/or diagnostic time only if the breakdown/issue is covered by the service contract plan
